First Purchase Guide
If this is your first time ordering or collecting anime figurines on vcfig, read the following guide to understand the ordering and shipping process.
1. What is GK? What other types of courses do we offer?
✅ GK stands for Garage Kits, referring to designer-made original figurines. Made primarily from resin—a material that excels at rendering intricate details—these figurines are highly popular among collectors and enthusiasts. ✅
Touchable Doll
Movable dolls are collectible toys featuring multiple articulating joints that can assume a variety of dynamic poses. Typically made of plastic, they draw inspiration from popular characters in anime, films, and video games, combining both playability and aesthetic value. ✅ Authorized statues refer to officially licensed resin or polystyrene sculptures that faithfully depict characters from renowned IPs. These statues are meticulously carved and painted, offering significant collection and investment potential. ✅
Original PVC figurines are independently designed and produced by artists or original studios. Made from PVC material, these figurines typically feature unique creative designs, limited production runs, and appeal to collectors who appreciate original artwork. ✅ Authentic PVC Figurines: Officially authorized large-scale PVC collectibles produced by IP rights holders. Manufactured by renowned brands, they boast exquisite craftsmanship, realistic details, affordable prices, and are popular among both beginners and experienced collectors. ✅ 3D Decorative Artworks: Wall artworks created using relief techniques and multi-layer coloring to achieve a lifelike three-dimensional effect, ideal for home or gallery decoration. ✅ Sex Dolls: Real-sized adult toys made from silicone or TPE materials with realistic appearance and tactile feel, primarily intended for intimate use.

3. Date and Schedule
Early Bird Discount Period
The Early Bird Promotion Period refers to the initial promotional phase during which select distributors receive exclusive sales rights. Product specifications and pricing information may not be fully disclosed. This phase typically lasts 7 to 15 days.
Pre-order Opening and Closing Dates Pre-order
Open Date: The manufacturer officially announces the pre-order start date to all distributors and provides detailed product information and complete pricing details.
Pre-order deadline: The manufacturer has officially closed pre-order channels for all distributors.
The pre-order phase typically includes two conditions:
Limited time: Usually lasts 7 to 90 days, after which pre-orders will close.
Limited quantity: Pre-orders may close once all slots are sold out. If the target number is not met, pre-orders may be extended.
Release Date and Shipping Date
Release Date: The manufacturer notifies the distributor that the product is ready and instructs the distributor to collect the remaining payment from the customer. The production cycle typically takes 1–3 months, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule, and may be longer in some cases.
Shipment Date: Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will notify the customer that shipment can proceed upon payment of shipping costs. Typically, it takes approximately two weeks from manufacturer notification to product arrival at our warehouse. However, production delays—such as rework requirements or delays in packaging materials—may cause shipment delays. Preparation for shipment usually takes 7 to 15 days, though this period may occasionally exceed that timeframe.
delivery time
Delivery time refers to the period from shipment to customer receipt of the product. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method selected by the customer. Typically, delivery takes 7 to 60 days from the shipment date.
Conclusion :
We strive to provide accurate timelines for every stage of your product lifecycle, from early bird discounts to final delivery. However, due to factors such as production planning and international shipping delays, all provided dates are estimated and may change.

5. Deposit, Balance, and Full Payment
For many pre-order statue products on our website, there are typically two payment options available: a deposit or full payment.
What does “deposit” mean?
A deposit payment refers to reserving a product at the current listed price during the pre-order stage.
When the product is nearly complete, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp and send you a bill for the remaining amount.
Balance = Full Payment-Deposit
★Important Notes on the Deposit★
The deposit is generally considered part of the production fee paid to the studio.
After the order is confirmed and submitted to the studio with a production schedule, production will proceed based on this confirmed order. Therefore, unless otherwise specified, the deposit is generally non-refundable.
What does “Full Payment” mean?
Selecting full payment means paying the entire product price at checkout, rather than paying a deposit first and the remaining amount later.
Please note that shipping fees are not included in the product price unless otherwise specified and are typically charged separately when preparing the product for shipment.
If a customer cancels an order after opting for full payment, the refund will depend on the production stage and the studio’s policies. In many cases, once the order has been confirmed by the studio, the portion equivalent to the deposit is typically not refunded.
For more information on cancellation and refund policies for deposits and full-payment orders, please refer to our [link].
★Practical Tips★
For certain rare or hard-to-find statues, paying in full may help ensure acquisition more directly, especially when stock is limited or purchases are made from the secondary market.
★★★Tip★★★
Other options: Pay in full (Super Special Offer)
For certain rare statues, they may become difficult to obtain from the original studio once the official pre-order period ends.
Therefore, VCFIG may also help collectors acquire rare statues through other collections or exhibits at its showrooms. These items may be marked as “For Sale (Special Price)”.
This usually means the item has been displayed but remains in good condition. Before shipping, we will inform customers of the item’s condition and price. Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will inspect it and provide photos for verification if possible.
6. Freight and Transportation
Why will the shipping fee be charged later?
Product prices on our website typically do not include shipping fees. This is because final shipping costs depend on the package’s actual size, weight, destination country or region, and your chosen shipping method.
When you place an order, the product is usually still in production or has not yet arrived at our warehouse, so we cannot confirm the exact shipping cost in advance. Once the product is ready for shipment, we will provide an accurate shipping quote using available transportation options.
⚠Important Shipping Notes:
For shipping services such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or EMS, customs clearance and import taxes are typically the responsibility of the recipient. If customs clearance or tax payment is not completed in a timely manner, the recipient may be liable for any resulting losses or additional costs.
★Balance and Shipping Cost Reminders★
vcfig will represent the studio’s final balance. Upon receiving the studio’s balance due notification, our assistant will contact the client via available channels such as WhatsApp or email and send at least three reminders within 30 days.
If the customer does not respond within this period, the order may be considered abandoned. In such cases, any deposit paid to the studio is typically non-refundable.
Freight Payment:
Freight charges will be charged separately once the product arrives at our warehouse and the customer confirms the shipping method. vcfig will provide a freight invoice and send at least three reminders via WhatsApp or email within 30 days.
If the customer does not respond during this period and does not explicitly request a shipment delay or postponement, the order may be considered abandoned. In such cases, any paid deposit, balance, or related fees will be handled according to applicable policies.

7. Important Considerations for Statue Products
Resin or artificial stone statues are collectible display items that are inherently fragile. To minimize transportation risks, the studio typically provides custom packaging for each statue before shipment, and vcfig further strengthens the packaging upon product arrival at the warehouse.
However, due to the inherent properties of the materials and the complexities of international transportation, minor transport-related damages may still occur, such as small cracks, fine fissures, component detachment, or surface scratches.
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all statue products are considered finished collectibles with complete painting. Upon delivery, they typically require simple self-assembly and may not include paper assembly instructions; minor manual or manufacturing variations may also occur. These are normal characteristics of statue products and do not constitute defects, missing parts, or shipping errors.
If you cannot accept potential minor defects, shipping risks, or the normal characteristics of collecting statues, please consider carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a statue that is damaged or has missing parts, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will contact the workshop to assist you in arranging replacement parts or other appropriate after-sales solutions, depending on the workshop’s policies and part availability.
If replacement parts are available, we will confirm with you before arranging a reshipment or discussing alternative solutions.
Please note that after-sales parts for limited-edition products are typically very scarce. We will do our best to assist you in obtaining replacement parts and, where applicable, cover shipping costs from our studio to our warehouse. However, collectors usually need to pay international shipping costs from our warehouse to the final destination.
If you find a product you like, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible, as many items are limited-edition products that sell out once quotas are exhausted.
