Product phases, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and shipping information
1. Your Dedicated Assistant
When you first contact customer service by WhatsApp or email, you will be assigned a dedicated assistant. Your assistant will respond to and follow up on your enquiries throughout the order process and subsequent after-sales support. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and your feedback contributes to the assistant’s performance evaluation.
2. Product Phase Definitions
Early Bird / Pre-Order
The product is still in the design stage and is offered in limited quantities. Once the manufacturer’s allocation or reservation target is reached, the pre-order closes and the product may no longer be available for purchase.
Pre-Order Closed
The product is in production and is typically scheduled for release within 3–12 months. Some products may remain available for purchase during this phase, depending on the manufacturer’s allocation and product status. Please contact your assistant by WhatsApp to confirm whether an order can still be placed.
Released
Bulk production is complete, and the product may be in circulation. Collectors should review the product status and contact their assistant by WhatsApp to confirm whether stock is available before placing an order.
3. Payment Notice
For Early Bird and Pre-Order Products
Deposit: You may reserve a product that has not yet entered production by paying a deposit.
Balance: The balance is the amount remaining after the deposit has been paid. When a product is expected to ship approximately 3–12 months after the pre-order, your assistant will confirm the relevant pre-shipment arrangements with you and issue an invoice for the balance and freight payment.
Full Payment: If you prefer to pay the full price instead of paying a deposit first and the balance later, you may choose the full-payment option directly.
Full Payment (TBD): This indicates an amount shown for reference only. It cannot be paid directly and does not represent the final selling price. It may be used for Early Bird products for which complete product information has not yet been announced.
Installment: Full payment may be made in installments through your assistant by WhatsApp.
Difference Between Deposit and Full Payment
Pre-order reservations may close at any time. In rare circumstances, a manufacturer may be unable to complete a pre-order. If this occurs, your assistant will arrange a full refund of any deposit paid. If you paid in full rather than by deposit, you will receive a full refund and a site-wide coupon.
4. Refund and Cancellation
For Early Bird and Pre-Order products, cancellation is available within 72 hours. For Pre-Order Closed or Released products, a refund may be requested before your assistant provides final order confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
However, once final confirmation has been completed, a refund is generally limited to a maximum of 60% of the amount paid for the order.
5. Release Time and Shipping
The estimated release time displayed on the website refers to the first batch leaving the factory. Because orders may be shipped in batches, the release time shown does not guarantee the specific shipment date for an individual order.
Shipping arrangements are processed in batches according to order date and studio allocation. Product prices do not include shipping fees. Once a product is ready to ship, your assistant will contact you by WhatsApp or email and provide available shipping methods for your selection.
6. Pre-Order Closed Products
Unless a product is specifically marked as “Orderable,” please confirm with your assistant by WhatsApp whether it remains available for purchase before placing an order.
7. Released Products
Full Payment: Because warehouse inventory information may not always be updated promptly, please contact your assistant to confirm availability before placing a Full Payment order. If you place an order and your assistant confirms that the product is out of stock, you may apply for a full refund at any time. Once final order information has been confirmed, cancellation is subject to a maximum refund of 60% of the amount paid.
Full Payment (Super Sale): This option applies to products for which other buyers have left orders unpaid for an extended period, or to surplus inventory. The price is usually lower than the original Full Payment price.
Full Payment (Special Offer): This option applies to Pre-Order Closed or Released products that are particularly well-known and in short supply. The price is generally much higher than the original Full Payment price.
