3. Dates and Timelines

Early Bird Phase
The Early Bird Phase is an initial promotional period during which select distributors may receive exclusive sales rights. Product information and pricing may not yet be fully disclosed. This phase typically lasts 7 to 15 days.

Pre-order Opening & Closing Dates

Pre-order Opening Date: This is when the Manufacturer officially announces the start of pre-orders to all distributors and provides detailed product information and full pricing details.

Pre-order Closing Date: This is when the Manufacturer officially closes the pre-order period for all distributors.
Pre-order phases typically have two conditions:
Limited Time: Usually lasts 7 to 90 days, after which pre-orders are closed.
Limited Quantity: The pre-order may close when the allocated slots are sold out. If the quantity isn’t reached, the pre-order could continue for an extended period.

Release Date & Shipping Date

Release Date: The Manufacturer informs distributors that the product is ready, and the distributors are instructed to collect the remaining payments from customers. The production cycle typically takes 1-3 months, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule, and could be longer in some cases.

Shipping Date: This is when the product arrives at our warehouse, and we notify the customer that the product is ready to ship after payment of the shipping costs. Typically, it takes 2 weeks from the Manufacturer’s notification to the product’s arrival at our warehouse. However, delays in manufacturing, such as rework or packaging material delays, may result in the shipping date being pushed back. Usually, it takes 7 to 15 days for shipping preparation, although occasionally it may take longer.

Delivery Time
The delivery time is the period from when the product is shipped until it reaches the customer. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Typically, the delivery time is 7 to 60 days, starting from the shipping date.

Conclusion
We strive to provide accurate timelines for every stage of your product’s lifecycle, from early bird offers to final delivery. However, due to factors such as production schedules and international shipping delays, all dates provided are estimated dates and may be subject to change.

5. Deposit, Balance, and Full Payment

For many pre-order statue products on our website, two payment options are available: Deposit and Full Payment.

What Does “Deposit” Mean?
Paying a Deposit means reserving your item during the pre-order stage at the current listed price.
When the product is nearing completion, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp and send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Balance = Full Payment – Deposit

Important Note About Deposits
A deposit is generally considered part of the production payment submitted to the studio.
Once the order is confirmed and the slot has been submitted to the studio, production usually proceeds based on that confirmed order. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, deposits are generally non-refundable.

What Does “Full Payment” Mean?
Choosing Full Payment means paying the full product price at the time of ordering, instead of paying a deposit first and the remaining balance later.
Please note that, unless otherwise clearly stated, freight is not included in the product price and will usually be charged separately when the product is ready to ship.
If a customer cancels an order after choosing Full Payment, any refund will depend on the production stage and the studio’s policy. In many cases, once the order has been confirmed with the studio, the portion equivalent to the deposit is generally non-refundable.
Learn more about cancellation and refund policies for deposit and full payment orders in our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Helpful Tip
For certain rare or hard-to-find statues, Full Payment may help secure the item more directly, especially when stock is limited or when sourcing from the secondary market.

★★★TIPS★★★

Other Option: Full Payment (Super Sale)
For some rare statues, once the official pre-order period has ended, it may be very difficult to source them again from the original studio.

For this reason, VS FIG may also help collectors source rare statues from other collectors or from display items in the VS FIG showroom. These items may be marked as Full Payment (Super Sale).

This generally means that the item was previously displayed but remains in good condition. We will disclose the item’s condition and provide a quote before shipment. After the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and provide photos for confirmation whenever possible.

6. Freight and Shipping

Why Is Freight Charged Later?
Product prices on our website generally do not include freight charges. This is because the final shipping cost depends on the actual package size, packed weight, destination country or region, and the shipping method you choose.
At the time an order is placed, the product is usually still in production or has not yet arrived at our warehouse, so the exact freight cost cannot be confirmed in advance. Once the product is ready to ship, we will provide accurate shipping quotes through available shipping methods.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notice
For express shipping methods such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or EMS, customs clearance and import taxes are generally the recipient’s responsibility. If customs clearance or tax payment is not completed in time, the recipient may be responsible for any resulting losses or additional charges.

★Balance and Freight Reminder★
Balance
VS FIG collects the final balance on behalf of the studio. Once we receive notice from the studio that the balance is due, our assistant will contact the customer through available methods such as WhatsApp or email and will issue at least three reminders within 30 days.
If a customer remains unresponsive during this period, the order may be treated as abandoned. In such cases, any deposit already submitted to the studio is generally non-refundable.

Freight Payment
Freight is paid separately after the product arrives at our warehouse and the customer confirms the shipping method. VS FIG will provide the shipping invoice and will issue at least three reminders within 30 days through WhatsApp or email.
If a customer remains unresponsive during this period and does not clearly request a shipment delay or hold, the order may be treated as abandoned. In such cases, any deposit or balance payment already submitted to the studio, or any related handling costs, may be handled according to the applicable policy.

7. Important Notes for Statue Products

Statues made of resin or polystone are collectible display pieces and are inherently fragile. To reduce transportation risk, each statue is usually custom-packed by the studio before shipment, and VS FIG may further reinforce the packaging after the item arrives at our warehouse. However, because of the materials involved and the complexity of international transportation, minor shipping damage may still occur, including small breaks, fine fractures, detached parts, or surface scratches.

Unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page, statue products are understood to be fully painted finished collectibles. Basic self-assembly is usually required after delivery, printed instructions may not always be included, and minor handmade or production variations may exist. These are considered normal characteristics of statue products and do not constitute product defects, missing parts, or incorrect shipment.

If you are unable to accept potential minor flaws, shipping risks, or the normal characteristics of collectible statues, please consider carefully before placing an order.

If you receive a statue with damage or missing parts, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will contact the studio and do our best to help arrange replacement parts or another suitable after-sales solution, subject to the studio’s policy and availability.
If replacement parts can be obtained, we will confirm with you before arranging reshipment or discussing an alternative solution.

Please note that after-sales parts for limited-edition products are often extremely limited. We will do our best to help secure replacement parts and will cover the shipping cost from the studio to our warehouse whenever applicable. However, the collector is generally responsible for the international shipping cost of replacement parts from our warehouse to the final destination.

If you see a product you like, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible, as many items are produced in limited quantities and may sell out once allocation is exhausted.
